ONE WEEK TO GO!!!

For the last six weeks, I've been learning what it really means to be honest with yourself.

I haven't told many people what I've been doing. And I most certainly haven't been "living the life I love," which is the whole reason I started this business in the first place. I said no to every braai invite. I woke up before dark on weekends and went to bed late. But somewhere in those quiet early mornings, I saw the vision again.

I went deep with AVA after I launched FACE too soon. That was a hard learning curve, but one I look back on now and know served me in more ways than I could see at the time.

I had to get honest. About my business, my life, my decisions. I had to own every single one of them. My personal life was scrambled in the middle of it all, and I was carrying delayed trauma from a divorce I never really dealt with. I'd just focused on surviving.

During that season I watched my own limiting beliefs go into high gear. Couple that with a launch that flopped, and I did what so many of us do. I started retracting. I started to hide. And we all know what that loop does.

It was a hard season. But it was a season that served me far more than I realised while I was in it. Because here's what I learned. Being aware of your limiting beliefs is powerful, but awareness alone doesn't stop the loop. The pattern still fires every time you get triggered.

I learned, really learned, how my own thoughts were creating the life I was living. And I went looking for a way to help my mind break the patterns underneath them.

That's why I kept saying no to living the life I love. Because I realised I have to create that life first before I can live it.

All I can tell you is that AVA 2.0 is what came out of all of this. She's almost ready, and I don't think I've ever been prouder of anything I've made.

When I open her on Monday, it's only to the people in this community. She's not going public yet. I want to put her in the hands of the people who've already met AVA 1.0 first. The ones who've been brave enough to do this work with me.
