This weekend broke something open in me.
Being in a room full of people who have stopped pretending. People who stopped using excuses as legitimate reasons not to succeed. People who said "I'm scared, but I'm doing it while I'm scared." People who had every reason not to be there — and were present anyway. People who pursued their vision relentlessly, regardless of what it cost them to show up.
The connection. The energy. The vulnerability. The laughter. The hugs — at times I walked up to someone and said, I just need to check if you are real. The conversations. The cheering on. The calling out. It was overwhelming in the most beautiful way.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I felt something shift.
Because here is what a room like that does. It does not just inspire you. It exposes you. It shows you exactly where you have been playing small, where you have been performing instead of leading, where you have been waiting for permission that was never coming.
That is the pivot moment. Not the strategy session. Not the framework. The moment you look around and realise the ceiling you have been living under was never the room. It was you.
You cannot own your space if you do not own your identity.
Identity does not change because you decided it should. It changes because you get into rooms where a different version of you becomes undeniable. Where the evidence is sitting right across the table, looking you in the eye, telling you their story. This weekend closed the gap in my mind of what is actually possible. Not as a concept. As a lived experience.
What touched me most was the absence of competition. No ego. No performance. Just women lifting women. Celebrating each other. Holding space for each other. Genuinely wanting to see each other win.
That is not soft. That is one of the most powerful environments a driven woman can put herself in.
The people you surround yourself with are not background characters in your success story. They are part of the architecture of who you are becoming.
This weekend I made a decision. To completely own my space. Even when I do not have it all figured out. Even when the evidence is not yet present. I want to do this alongside people who choose that too.
Are you really ready to conquer your mind? Not manage it. Not work around it. Actually take the control back and stop letting it run your life for you? Then start showing up as that woman. Not next month.
Now.
This community exists to call you to a higher version of yourself. And because of that, I am creating real connection slots soon — to keep this human, rooted, and real.
That is why I am launching the FACE Framework tomorrow- for what it's worth. My vision, my calling, and my purpose are too big to let my mindset steal them from me anymore.
FACE might not be for everyone, but for 3 of you, there will be a price that will not come again.
More on that tomorrow...5pm...inside AVA Collective, I'll be announcing the offer.
Look at the picture below. That chair could be yours. In a room where you are changed forever.
It is time to stop entertaining the excuses, the comfort, and the things we hide from because they scare us.
Who's ready to OWN YOUR SPACE. Fully Now...
