🎂Did You Know.... Yesterday was Lara Sloan's Birthday 🎂

Yesterday was my amazing co-host.co-founder, and friend

's birthday. We were going to keep it on the down low with everything going on, but she is someone who truly deserves to be celebrated and I can't help doing just that!

She spent it doing back-to-back interviews and prep calls for this summit — because that's exactly who she is.

This week we're co-hosting the Coaching Evolution Summit together, and I can say without hesitation that it would not exist in the way it does without her fingerprints all over it.

And what's coming next for Summiters? I'm not ready to spill everything — but the things we're building together are going to change the way coaches think about collaboration entirely. I am so fired up for what's ahead.

Lara — on your birthday, in the middle of one of the biggest weeks we've built together, you showed up the way you always do. Fully. Generously. With that enormous heart that makes everyone around you feel like they matter.

You matter. This community exists because of you. And I am so grateful to be on this ride with you.
