I like to think I am a half decent baker and been told by friends and family I make good cakes. Even the rogue ‘go on bake off’ (never!!!)
I am terrified to start officially. I keep putting it off for one reason or another because I worry my cakes are not ‘perfect’ enough to be sold professionally. What made you guys take the plunge and put the fear away?
