Welcome to Succession by Design™ | Founding Cohort This is not a content library nor is it a place for passive learning. This is a structured process. Over the next 6–8 weeks, we are going to do something most leaders never do: We are going to intentionally design the next season of your life—before it is forced on you. Most people prepare financially for transition. Very few prepare personally. The result? They exit roles……but never fully step into what’s next. That’s what we’re solving here. What You Can Expect: • A clear, step-by-step system (The Personal Succession System™)• Practical tools and frameworks (not theory)• Weekly implementation and decision-making• Real conversations with people in a similar season What This Requires From You: • Engagement (not observation)• Honesty (especially with yourself)• Willingness to make decisions you may have been avoiding The Goal: By the end of this process, you will walk away with: → A Personal Succession Plan → Clarity on your future roles → A structured vision for how you will live, work, and engage → A defined direction for the next 12 months Start Here: 1. Go to the “Start Here” module in the Classroom 2. Introduce yourself in the “Introductions” section 3. Share one thing: Why did you join this? You’ve already built something meaningful. Now it’s time to build what comes next—on purpose. Let’s get to work.

To get the most out of Succession by Design™, it’s important to understand how this space is designed. This is not a passive community. It’s a structured environment built for clarity and action. 1. Follow the Weekly Flow Each week, a new focus will be introduced: • Complete the module in the Classroom• Use the tools and worksheets provided• Engage in the Weekly Implementation post This process is designed to move you from reflection → decision → action. 2. Engage in the Community The value here is not just in the content—it’s in the interaction. • Share your responses• Ask questions• Contribute to others You’ll gain clarity faster by engaging than by observing. 3. Use the Right Spaces • Introductions → Share your story and context• Weekly Implementation → Post your work each week• Wins & Breakthroughs → Share progress and decisions• Coaching / Hot Seats → Ask for input when you’re stuck• Resources & Tools → Access worksheets and materials Everything has a purpose—use each space intentionally. 4. Show Up to the Live Calls Our weekly calls are where:• Clarity deepens• Decisions get made• Real-time coaching happens Come prepared with what you’re working through. 5. Focus on Decisions, Not Just Ideas This process is not about collecting thoughts—it’s about making decisions. Clarity comes through commitment. If you stay engaged, complete the work, and participate honestly, you will leave this experience with something most people never build: A clear, structured plan for your next season of life. [Last Go Here] What Success Looks Like Here
Before we begin, it’s important to define what “success” actually means in this process. This is not about consuming content. It’s not about having interesting ideas. Success here is measured by decisions made and a plan completed. By the End of This Experience, You Will Have: → A clear understanding of the roles you currently occupy → Clarity on which roles you are stepping away from → Defined future roles you are intentionally stepping into → A structured Life Architecture Plan: • Where you will live • How you will spend your time • What you will work on (if anything) • Who you will stay connected to • How you will stay mentally and spiritually engaged → A realistic view of how your time is currently being used—and how it needs to change → A 12-month Personal Succession Plan with clear priorities and direction What Success Requires: • Completing each module (not skipping ahead)• Engaging in the weekly implementation posts• Being honest about what is and isn’t working in your current life• Making decisions—even when they feel uncomfortable What This Is Not: • This is not theoretical • This is not passive • This is not something you “get to later” The Reality: Your next season is coming—whether you plan for it or not. Most people drift into it. You won’t. If you fully engage in this process, you will leave with something most people never build: A clear, intentional, and structured plan for the life you are stepping into. That’s success here.
