Response improvement on housecall pro with personalized message

Hey, all, I felt like I was getting a really poor response on my initial messages and there was something made me feel like people were thinking I was a big organization just throwing them into a pipeline. I changed the message in personalized it and I’ve seen probably a 40% increase in text message response responses on my initial automatic message.
