People are cheap

Ive been running my ad giving a huge deal on window cleaning and soft washing as a package doing the windows for free. The people who have done my form have all been very keen on paying under $200 and not seeming to even understand exactly what I am selling. I just got off the phone with a woman who had reached out and has a 3100 sqft home, I offered her the deal for the full service at just $560 and she asked for the estimate to be sent over to her. I sent it over and she instantly declined and said that she has a guy doing windows for $120. My concern is that people are saying no to me before they even read what I am doing. I dont know what steps I can make to prevent this.
