Did You Know? Sublimation Isn't Printing — It's Actually a Science Experiment
Did you know sublimation isn't technically "printing" at all? It's a chemical process.
Sublimation is when a solid turns directly into a gas, skipping the liquid stage entirely. That's exactly what happens to the ink: heat and pressure turn the solid ink into a gas, which then bonds permanently into the polyester or polymer coating of your blank.
That's why sublimation designs don't crack, peel, or fade like vinyl can. The ink literally becomes part of the material.
