Hi everyone! 👋🏼 Just wanted to give you all a quick update. First off, I haven’t forgotten about this group. When I first started it, it was really just an idea to see if there was even a want or need for a community focused on the education side of Subarus. After seeing the response, I definitely think there is. When I originally started this group, I was working on it with my brother-in-law, Terry. As some of you may remember, he was involved when many of you first joined. Since then, he’s decided to move in a different direction and is no longer part of what we’re building. On a more exciting note, we’ve recently hired one of our master technicians, Jeremy Mills. Jeremy grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii and brings a ton of Subaru knowledge and experience to the team. He’s an awesome guy, incredibly talented, and he’ll be joining Mariah and me as one of the admins here in the group. Our goal is to start building a library of in-depth how-to courses for Subaru owners and technicians alike. The first course we’re planning to film will walk through replacing the CVT transmission in a 2013 Subaru Outback. We’re hoping to have it filmed, edited, and uploaded to the course section within the next couple of weeks. I’d love to hear from you all... What videos or courses would you like to see us make? Whether it’s maintenance, diagnostics, engine work, electrical, CVTs, or anything else Subaru-related, let us know. We want to build content that’s genuinely helpful. I know this community is still small, but I promise we’re going to be investing a lot more into it as we continue to grow. Our goal has always been bigger than just fixing cars…we truly want to help educate, support, and serve the Subaru community. Thanks for being here from the beginning. We’re just getting started!! 🚗
