What is the hardest part Cosmetology/Barber School that you feel needs to be more attention?

I am a cosmetologist and educator for over 20 years and i absolutely love this field. The connection you make with people and love you give to your clients and the memories you collect. I work with some of the most amazing women. Our salon literally feels like "Steel Magnolia". i love watching others in our field succeed. There is nothing better then working and living in a field that lets your artistic flow run and meet some of the most amazing people. I love hair color, and makeup and nails.
