🧭 Building the Foundation
We’re now starting to lay the foundation of our knowledge here in the group. Reading your comments on the Christmas accessories post gave me real insight into where we’re at, and more importantly, where I need to begin. My work is rooted in the principles of Kabbalah and the way the SOUL actually functions. To start making sense of what I teach, there are two core concepts you need to keep in mind: #1 What Do We Mean by "Body Shape"? - Body shape refers to your body structure, determined by your skeleton. - You are born with it, live in it, and transition out of life with it. - It has nothing to do with weight, size, or fitness level. - Kabbalah teaches us that our soul chose this structure/shape to support its mission and correction. - Each body shape has a dominant chakra or energetic centre. #2 Chakras & Colour Alignment Chakras are the body’s energy centres, each one linked to a specific emotional, psychological, and physical function. While invisible to the eye, they influence everything from how safe we feel in our bodies to how we express ourselves, form relationships, and access intuition. The chakras directly influence how we present ourselves, even in the choices we make about our appearance, from colours, silhouettes, accessories, to whether we even feel safe being seen. Here’s a simple breakdown: 🔴 Root (Red): Stability, safety, physical presence. When balanced, this chakra supports grounding, security, and strong boundaries. 🟠 Sacral (Orange): Sensuality, creativity, emotion. This centre governs desire, pleasure, and how you experience the body from within 🟡 Solar Plexus (Yellow): Confidence, will, autonomy. When strong, it supports self-trust, resilience, and personal power. 💚💗 Heart (Green or Pink): Love, compassion, connection. This chakra holds the energy of care, for yourself and others, and sits at the centre of your energetic system. 🔵 Throat (Blue): Expression, communication, truth. A balanced throat chakra allows you to speak clearly, listen deeply, and express yourself without fear.
