🔥 Welcome to STRONGSERVER
Over 20 years ago, I walked into my first restaurant with no idea what I was doing. I made mistakes. I forgot orders. I missed opportunities. I watched other servers earn more money, build better careers, and create better guest experiences. Over time, I realized something: The best servers are not born with talent. They develop skills. They learn systems. They improve through repetition, feedback, and experience. That’s why StrongServer exists. Not as another social media page. Not as another group. But as a place where hospitality professionals can learn, improve, and grow together. Inside StrongServer you’ll find: 💰 Sales strategies that increase tips 🍷 Beverage knowledge that builds confidence 🍽️ Service techniques used by top performers 🎯 Practical challenges to sharpen your skills 🤝 A community of hospitality professionals helping each other grow Whether you’re on your first serving job or have years of experience on the floor, there is always another level to reach. See you on the floor!

⭐ GUEST COMPLIMENT WALL
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received from a guest? It could be: • A guest asking for you by name • A request to sit in your section • A thank-you note or card • A review mentioning your name • A compliment to your manager • A memorable moment you’ll never forget I’ll go first. One of the best compliments I ever received wasn’t a tip. It was a handwritten note from a guest thanking me for helping make their vacation special. I don’t remember exactly how much they tipped. But I still remember the note. Your turn. See you on the floor.
💰 BIGGEST TIP EVER
What’s the biggest tip you’ve ever received? Tell us: • How much was it? • What happened? • What was the biggest lesson you learned? I’ll go first. My biggest tip was $600 while working on a Disney cruise. One of my guests had just won a large cash prize onboard. Later that evening, he walked into the dining room calling my name. He had been one of my guests throughout the cruise, and that night he left me a $600 tip. The biggest lesson? Guests may forget what you say and what you sell, but they never forget how you make them feel. Your turn. See you on the floor.
