Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC. I had the chance to meet Matt and learn all about STR IQ at the Limitless RE event about a month ago and had the opportunity to be featured on his 'Find it Friday' call a couple weeks ago.
