Intro

Hello. My husband Ed and I are new to the community but have been involved with STR’s for 3 1/2 years. We purchased our 1st property after attending conferences and listening to hundreds of hours of learning. We wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without communities like this.

We currently own one of our own properties, manage 3 properties fully, and do revenue management/calendar and listing optimization for 5 properties. I am also a REALTOR in Michigan who specializes in helping investors find profitable STR’’s that meet their goals. Ed and I have been essentially underwriting 100’s of properties a month to narrow options down for investors. Only a few truly pencil out. I’m happy to now unload a lot of that process by using STRIQ.

We are currently in the process of creating a curated group of properties that we manage and market. Our goal is trusted properties that meet rigorous standards. I’m eager to connect with other managers and co-hosts to learn from each other.
