First STR in U.S.

I’m happy to be here to learn more about the U.S. STR opportunities! My husband and I own 3 STR and are closing on our 4th in June but all are outside the USA. (Yes we like a challenge!😅.) We are now starting to look in the U.S. In the next 90 days, I would like to narrow down some areas and start looking at potential properties.
