Where in the USA should we do this?
Hello, I live in San Diego but looking for our first STR in another state. We are actively hunting and our 60 day goal is to make an offer on a profitable property. our hardest part is picking a market.

@Ana Estevez I would like some options. We will self manage the STR remotely. Our budget is 900k conventional, but I would like to max our capital input to 160k so maybe we limit the purchase price to 650k so we have funds for improvements to get it to the top of the market? We've been considering Phoenix but are open to others. We are interested in university towns for year round occupancy.
