Hi all! I'm so stoked to have strIQ as a new tool! I was at LUYL and it was the first time I saw a demo.

Here's my quick bio if you want to connect:

I help people invest in unique short-term rentals to cash flow, build wealth, and create space in their lives. I cover all of Colorado and guide my clients in underwriting deals, closing on a property they love, and setting up a successful STR that aligns with their goals. As an investor myself, I connect them to my network of vendors to streamline their business. My background is in tax strategy, and I assist in making sure they understand and execute on all of the tax strategies available to them by investing in their STR.

I will be using strIQ a lot more in my business moving forward!
