Winter hot dog vending
Ben's recent winterize the cart video brought to mind this question, do any of you still vend in the winter down in the Carolinas? My thought is that there are vendors who do this and want to know tips for doing?
Canopy with curtains? Propane heater(not sure that is needed with the 3 burners on the cart)?
