Ben's recent winterize the cart video brought to mind this question, do any of you still vend in the winter down in the Carolinas? My thought is that there are vendors who do this and want to know tips for doing? Canopy with curtains? Propane heater(not sure that is needed with the 3 burners on the cart)? Thanks, Rick

Every time I get frustrated with the process of getting going (LLC, HD, etc), I keep hearing Ben talk about digging a hole. HillBilly wisdom put into plain English. In fact, I am using his book to help some Scouts learn how to read better and comprehend what they are reading. Now, it is just keep pushing forward. Not willing to give up.
