Trust isn’t “all or nothing.” In leadership, it’s built—and it exists at different levels:
1️⃣ Basic Trust → “I trust you’ll show up and do your job.”
2️⃣ Competence Trust → “I trust you’ll do it well.”
3️⃣ Relational Trust → “I trust you have my back, even under pressure.”
4️⃣ Transformational Trust → “I trust you enough to follow you into uncertainty and change.”
Great leaders know they can’t skip steps. Each level has to be earned before moving to the next.
💡 When leaders reach transformational trust, teams don’t just perform—they excel, because they know their leader and mission won’t let them down.
