How well do you know your Avatar?
Your client avatar needs to be very well-defined, I like looking at them in three key areas.
  • Geographic (where they are)
  • Demographic (who they are, i.e. married or single, old or young, rich or poor, etc.)
  • Pscyhographic (how they think and how they buy)
