Welcome to Story and Sketch — a creative space where words and art come together. I started this community because I believe creativity is stronger when it’s shared. Writing and drawing can feel solitary, but when we connect, ideas spark and inspiration grows.
I have always loved art (graphite and acrylic paint mostly) and I have been an avid writer since middle-school. It all stems from my in progress series "Cursed Hope" with some characters shown above. Fifteen years since my first idea, I still aspire to bring this dream to life.
Here, it’s not about perfection — it’s about process. The messy drafts, quick sketches, and small sparks often inspire the most. Whether you’re a writer, an artist, or both, you’ll find encouragement, prompts, and a space to share your work.
