I keep seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people spending huge amounts of time rebuilding things that already exist — training, workflows, documentation, processes — because the system never seems to hold.
It’s not that the work is complex (it is). It’s that the structures around it don’t match reality, so everything feels heavier than it should.
