Chaos as a leader?
Let’s be honest: some days in early years are just beautifully, utterly chaotic. Paint spills, sensory foam on the ceiling, three staff members away, and the printer jammed.😂
On those days, the best thing you can do for your culture is to just laugh. When the leader can smile through the chaos, it gives the rest of the team permission not to panic.
