From the Grind to the Ring 🥊
After six weeks of hard work, my boy Jamal stepped in to face an opponent with seven years of boxing and MMA experience, and over four fights under his belt. Jamal didn’t just show up — he dominated. Controlled the fight from start to finish with a sharp, disciplined jab and real composure. He’s only been with me for 7–8 weeks, but last night he proved he’s ready to give it everything. And he showed exactly what that looks like. Also, out of the dust — Jomel’s first fight. Stepped in, showed heart, and put himself on the line. That’s what it’s all about. If you want to level up your boxing, make sure you follow the group. I’ll keep putting in the work and running classes for you all 👊

Why the Teenage Years Define a Boxer’s Future
Over the years I’ve worked with all kinds of age groups and skill levels, but for me, the teenage years are the most important. That’s the stage where you really see who’s serious about boxing and who’s not. I’ve seen so many talented teenagers fall off—not because they weren’t good enough, but because they couldn’t stick to the discipline and consistency needed to compete at amateur level. It’s not easy, and talent alone won’t carry you through. The ones who do stay, who keep showing up and putting in the work, are the ones who give themselves a real chance to go far in the sport—some even all the way to the professional level. And it’s not just about what happens in the gym. Being a good boxer at that age is also about how you carry yourself outside of it. School matters. Behaviour matters. As a coach, I’m big on making sure my fighters aim for high grades and stay on the right path. Because in the end, it’s those habits—discipline, consistency, and respect—that help them succeed not just in boxing, but in life as well.

Why the Teenage Years Define a Boxer’s Future
Introduction
Hello guys, My name is Stefan. I’m 36 years old and I coach at my local gym, Bakehouse Boxing. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people—different skill levels, different backgrounds, and different goals. Each journey has taught me something new, and it’s inspired me to take the next step. I’ve decided to start this Skool group to help people around the world with their fitness goals and boxing journeys. My aim is to share knowledge, experience, and practical guidance that can genuinely support you—whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills. On this page you’ll find a variety of courses, training options, and opportunities for one-to-one coaching. I’ll also be offering feedback on training videos to help you improve and stay on track. I’m still in the process of setting everything up, so it will take a little time to get fully organised—but I’m really excited about what’s coming. I can’t wait to work with you all, share experiences through boxing, and grow together both in sport and in life. See you soon, Stefan
