Strategies for Managing Last-Minute Caregiver Cancellations
I have a question regarding last-minute cancellations by caregivers. If a caregiver cancels a scheduled care visit that was booked weeks in advance, what steps can we take to prevent this situation? Additionally, if we can’t find a backup caregiver, how should we best support the patient or client in this scenario?
