4x Kettlebell (15 Reps)
SS: 3x Dumbell Bench Press (8-12 Reps) & 3x Seated Wide-Grip Rows (8-12 Reps)
SS: 3x Shoulder Press (8-12 Reps) & Lateral Raises (13-15 Reps)
SS: 2x Tricep Pushdown (8-12 Reps) & Dumbell Curls (8-12 Reps)
