Between them, there’s been work, discipline, doubts, setbacks, consistency, days full of motivation… and many days without it. The physical change is visible, yes. But the real transformation is mental. Confidence. Discipline. Consistency. Vision. This wasn’t a quick transformation. It was built. Day by day. Choice by choice.
