I think marketing is the hard part
Over the last couple months I turned a hobby into an app with a lot of Claude and Codex. I'm a video game collector so I know the pain of selling on eBay. There are a number of "buy lists" for many games. I wrote an app that let's you take a picture, identifies the games (does it well), and then gives you price comparisons between all the big buylists. The data backing it was a nightmare since it's a mix of google docs, word docs, json, html etc. The site is https://flipcompare.com I also completed the iOS and Android apps and have them both in the store. Right now I'm struggling with the "I have an app, now what" phase. I would love any advice! I'm going to try reddit ads for r/flipping and a few other subreddits.
WAVES ENGINEERING🔥
Hey everyone! I'm very new to AI and agentic coding. I'm building a new web app for local fencing club and just wanted to share what I was able to produce using Caude and Ray's Wave's skill! The waves skill definitely makes the AI trip up less💪(This all i have so far)

My new ZCode Alternative to Claude Code & Codex (Factory Missions Infrastructure)
I have been disappointed with the relaunch of Fable 5 due to the default switching to Opus 4.8. Over the past year I have been using sporadically initially the GLM models from Z.AI within Factory. When Factory added Missions, it was a game changer for me and my process. I am currently testing an alternative that, so far, is working well for me. Here is the stack: 1. 1. Using ZCode as the harness. Z.ai confirmed that this is the best harness for GLM-5.2. 2. 2. I recreated Factory's Mission Skill. I have been super impressed with their Missions workflow. 3. 3. I have a Abacus.AI account that allows me to use their api for different models. This could be replaced with Openrouter. 4. Here is the sauce: In ZCode I added additional custom models (opus-4-8 and gpt-5.5). In the Mission Skill I have three agents: orchestrator (opus-4-8), worker (glm-5.2) and validator (gpt-5.5). The mission skill builds the detailed long running plans in phases and standsup a Mission Control page to track progress. This has been working well for me and giving me great results. The reason why I am all in on ZCode is that I bought a yearly plan last fall and have a ton compute to use monthly. And since the model is now so much better and closer to the frontier models, I finally think it's time for me to fully test it and give it the best harness and structure to be successful. I added a few screenshots. Thanks to @Ray Fernando for the early Factory Droid and GLM exposure last year. 1.

How I use AI to build production features
I’m not 100% done with the feature I’m currently working on, but I’m far enough along that I wanted to share how I’m using AI right now to help ship production features in a Rails / Turbo / Hotwire / Postgres web app. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ AI subs: chat Pro 100$ plan, Claude Max 100$ plan so both 5x dev tools: vscode, codex app, chat 5.5 pro, claude code CLI in warp ( do I have to try out ghosty? One thing I really like about Claude in Warp is that I can paste images right away ) codebase agent accessibility helpers: a small Claude.md, a conventions.md and a rules folder with categorized conventions. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ The feature I’m currently building Right now I’m working on a multi-tenant tracking integration for communities on our platform., so they can add meta pixel and CAPI as well as gtag for google. Normally I start by brainstorming and talking with my colleagues about what creators actually need from the feature. After that, I look at examples from other companies and form my own thoughts around the product and technical direction. Until a few days ago my next step was a chat with codex or claude code ( switched mostly to codex for a while ) and than from our discussion it generates a spec.md ( depends on the complexity of the feature I sometimes also went with an investigation phase and .md in the first place and than a plan.md afterwards. If the feature includes new database tables or columns, a lot of the early discussion usually goes into data modeling and schema design. I kind of agree with Thariq that large .md files can be hard to consume. To help with that, I often had Claude create Mermaid diagrams inside those markdown files, because diagrams are usually easier to consume than long text.. But for the current feature I tried using an HTML-based spec instead of markdown ( will attach a reference image ). I like the idea of replacing markdown for this use case, but I’m not 100% happy with the result yet.
