DAY 20: Declare Your Rhythm
My rhythm is learning to listen to my soul. As an empath, it is difficult to hear my own soul when the collective energy is constantly felt. Today, my soul feels joy and peace. However, the energy of the collective wants me to feel their grief. It's hard to separate mine from theirs. Today, I chose to hold onto the energy of joy. The art that flowed through me today consisted of the energy of yellow. Sunshine. Wishing you all a wonderful day full of magic. Keep your spirit full today.
