In my last post, I wrote that not starting with a clear niche is a common mistake that new podcasters make. Rightfully, a few people said that experimenting with different niches in the beginning can be useful. This is true, of course. But did you notice how I generated conversation just by being controversial? Sometimes the most engaging content is an opinion that you either love or hate. If you want to build a podcast or social media presence today, one of the fastest ways to get noticed is to have a point of view people can actually react to. The internet doesn’t reward invisibility. It rewards conversation. And conversation happens when someone says something clear enough that others feel the need to agree with it or challenge it.
