Be controversial
In my last post, I wrote that not starting with a clear niche is a common mistake that new podcasters make. Rightfully, a few people said that experimenting with different niches in the beginning can be useful. This is true, of course. But did you notice how I generated conversation just by being controversial? Sometimes the most engaging content is an opinion that you either love or hate. If you want to build a podcast or social media presence today, one of the fastest ways to get noticed is to have a point of view people can actually react to. The internet doesn’t reward invisibility. It rewards conversation. And conversation happens when someone says something clear enough that others feel the need to agree with it or challenge it. What's your most controversial opinion?

Have you ever been celebrated ?
Hi Everyone, How do you decide upon your next topic? For me I listen and pay attention to what I hear being discussed or shared. This week the people in my work circle have been talking about Celebration. Meaning it’s good when you are celebrated and shown appreciation. I am a giver and never look for others to do for me. This week my co-workers surprised me with a birthday party totally unexpected. I was stunned they thought enough of me to do something for me. I was not seeking gifts or anything from anyone. They thought enough of me to serenade me with gifts, accolades and appreciation. A catered birthday lunch as well. My VP flew in for the party to celebrate me and gave me a special gift. I was told I do so much for others and deserve to be celebrated. WOW I love this team. This motivates me to do more for the betterment of the company I have only been with the team barely 8 months. So today’s episode I will be recording is all about Being Celebrated and the feelings behind it.
