The Foundation
She looked down. Wouldn’t even meet my eyes.
She was making good money but had nothing to show for it.
No plan. No system. Just money coming in and disappearing.
And the worst part?
She thought she was the problem.
She’s not.
Most business owners don’t have a money plan; they just have income and hope it works out.
If you’re building a business (even with no money), you only need 3 things:
1️⃣ A niche you actually care about
2️⃣ A simple way to make money (we call this our business plan)
3️⃣ A financial plan so your money doesn’t disappear when it comes in (yes, even if you don't have any money you still need the plan)
