T-shirt/Memory Quilting

Hello Everyone. I am a Nurse by day, Quilter by night! I have a passion for quilts. It started when I received my first quilt at Christmas in Atsugi Japan. I was in the U.S. Navy. It was a little piece of home I carried with me! Quilts hold meaning and cherished memories of specific people, times and experiences we’ve had. I want to share that on Skool. I have built my Community: T-Shirt Quilt Academy.

My questions would be in the area of how to set it up properly to get people engaged and sharing or working on a quilt. Right now my community is free and they can come to T-shirt talks, finishing chats and open quilting hours. Do I start with a $9/month and walk them through the process? Any guidance would be great.

Right now I have had a few people attend the free lives, no one has attended the open quilting hours. Some have watched the replays. I have tried having skill builders or a 2-day challenge on the calendar but did not have any signups.
