Risk It To Get The Biscuit πŸͺ
Maybe I have a little bit of an unfair advantage. Joining the Marine Corps when I was young came with the thought process "I don't care if I die".
I think differently now that I have a son, but that core thought of not being afraid of things lead me to being willing to take chances.
I literally had NEGATIVE money when I started my first business. My account was overdrawn to pay for the legal fees of setting up my LLC. I didn't care at all. With hard work and a little bit of luck, I ended up making a ton of money with my first company which was a logistics business. I was forced to sell that company due to COVID. I learned more from losing the company than I did from any of the successes.
You have to take chances in order to succeed. The worst thing that happens is you start over with a clean slate and a lot more knowledge than the first time around.
Now I own three companies, an online consulting course, a party rental company I run with my wife and son for fun and easy cash, and my full time consulting business where I travel the country and help corporate teams.
I wouldn't be where I am today without the risks earlier in my life.
Bet on yourself!
