🫨30 New Members a Day… Then Facebook Deleted My Best Traffic Source😩
🗣️📣 Friends!!!
Two weeks ago I was on top of the world 💪
I was promoting my Skool community in Facebook groups.
And it worked.
20 to 40 new members arriving on the island every single day.
I was welcoming people left and right…
Handing out airplane tickets to move to my Skool Island like it was nothing 🎟️
And then…
Facebook deleted the best group I was posting in.
Just like that. Gone. 😶
Okay. I picked myself up. Found another group. Started again.
Got traction again. People commenting. members joining.
And then Facebook restricted me for replying too fast with the same message.
So there I was…
Posts getting comments. People wanting to become members.
And me… unable to deliver the airplane tickets. 😩(that’s how I call my Skool link)
OK let me explain clearly:
I was copy pasting the same reply with my link to too many people in a too short period of time.
And facebook thought I was a bot! 🫤
If you’ve ever felt like you were SO close…
And then something just pulled the rug from under you…
That was me.
Week 1 : 61 members 😌
Week 2 : 120 members 😃
Week 3 : 307 members 🤩
Week 4 : 335 members 😯
You can see momentum slow down in week 4.
But here’s what 5 years in this industry taught me 😌
Setbacks are just redirections in disguise.
Because in the middle of all that frustration…
