Copy the template below
Welcome. This is where you start. Copy the template below, fill it in, and post it as a new post in this category. The more specific you are, the more useful the answers you'll get back. ——— Name and where you're from: What are you building? (business, brand, profession or project) Your main platform right now: What do you want social media to actually do for you? Your biggest social media challenge: One thing you could help another member with: ——— Two things that make this work. Be specific about the challenge. "Consistency" tells us nothing. "I post for two weeks then stop because I run out of ideas" tells us everything, and it's something we can actually fix. Then go and comment on two other introductions. This room works because people talk to each other, and that starts with you.

Here's exactly what to do in your first ten minutes
Welcome to Star Quality Social. Here's exactly what to do in your first ten minutes. Do these in order and don't skip ahead to the lessons. 1. Watch the welcome video It's in Classroom, under Start Here. Two minutes. It explains how this community works. 2. Read the Star Quality Code Pinned right below this post. Five standards, sixty seconds. 3. Post your introduction Go to Introduce Yourself and use the template pinned there. This is the single most important thing you'll do today, because it tells us how to help you. 4. Be specific in your intro What you're building. Your main platform right now. What you actually want social media to accomplish. Your biggest challenge with it. 5. Pick ONE platform to focus on Not all of them. One. You can add others later, but spreading yourself thin is the reason most people get nowhere. 6. Start Launch It, Journey 1 Classroom, then Launch It, then START. It sets your baseline so you can see how far you've come in 30 days. 7. Add the weekly call to your calendar Details are in the Calendar tab. 8. Turn on notifications For Announcements at minimum. That's where calls, challenges and new lessons get posted. One thing before you go. Your first win here isn't watching a lesson. It's taking a visible action. Post your intro, finish Journey 1, and you're already ahead of most people who join a community like this. Any questions, drop them in Ask for Help. Someone will answer.

The Star Quality Code
Five standards. They're what keep this room worth being in. 1. Implementation over information. Reading a lesson isn't progress. Posting the thing is. We celebrate what you did, not what you learned about. 2. Helpful over performative. Answer questions like you're helping one person, not performing expertise. Beginners should never feel stupid asking something here. 3. Real over impressive. Share what actually happened, including the things that flopped. Label opinions as opinions and experiments as experiments. No platform rumours presented as facts. 4. Contribute before you promote. No spam, no mass pitching, no cold DMs to members, no treating this room as a prospect list. Share your work when it's relevant and add something while you're here. 5. Respect the beginners. No attacks, no dunking, no arguments for sport. Everyone here started somewhere. What gets you removed: Spam and unsolicited pitching. Harassment. Selling engagement pods, bots or bought followers. Repeatedly ignoring these standards after being asked. Questions about the rules? Ask in Ask for Help or message me directly.
