Who you are, what you do and if you are here for your child or for yourself. If you have a headshot, POST IT! I will be giving feedback on the headshots posted in here. Our first Live Session is the Parenting GURU coming up with Alyssa Worrell. If you have kids in the business you don't want to miss this! Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! Let's Grow and Learn Together!

📸 HEADSHOT DO’S & DON’TS
Hello Community! One of the most important tools you or your performer will have is a professional headshot. It is often the first impression agents, casting directors, and industry professionals receive before an audition is ever scheduled. This week, we're sharing a quick guide to help families better understand current industry standards and common mistakes to avoid when updating headshots. Small details can make a big difference in how your performer is presented professionally. Take a moment to review the guidelines and see the samples from our Coaches and Staff.

How to Help Your Child Practice Without Pressure
One of the greatest gifts you can give your child on their performing arts journey is your support. As parents, it's natural to want to help your child succeed. While training, technique, and performance skills are developed in class and through coaching, the encouragement and confidence that comes from home are just as important. When children feel supported, celebrated, and encouraged for their effort—not just their results—they develop confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for the craft. At AGI, we are grateful to partner with parents who are committed to helping their children grow both on and off the stage. Together, we create an environment where young performers can thrive. Remember: Professional training builds skills. Family support builds confidence. Both are essential to a child's success. Here's a quick guide on ways to support your child's performing arts journey—and a few things that may unintentionally add pressure. What is one thing you do to encourage your child? We'd love to hear your thoughts below! 👇
