Focus on 1 person for 1 sentence when you speak.
If trying to look at everyone is difficult, try looking for the a person that seems interested and talk to them.
Agree to finish a full sentence or thought looking at one person and then move onto someone else.
Giving people attention is one of the core superpowers to win them over. It also makes them remember you and how you made them feel.
Remember: Action causes change.
