Backslid a bit for the 2nd week in a row. Fighting a mental battle since the 215 mark has been a spot I get stuck the last few years when I try to drill down on my nutrition and exercise. I know that the last two weeks I track macros really well from morning until 6 PM, then I tend to shoot from the hip, and that’s not always a good idea when I’m hungry end of day. I’m going to keep checking in because it’s my only accountability.
On the positive side, I am feeling stronger and healthier still, and I’m starting to see significant gains in the weight and reps I’m pushing. Endurance is better, and I’m still in a good place overall. I’d just like to torch more body fat, so I’ll drill down and get back to it.
