On Slowing Down
I submitted my next single today. It comes out December 30th.
This one came from wanting to move faster than life allows.
It’s also the first song I finished after my dog passed. I hadn’t shared that part before, but it mattered to this process. That’s why he’s on the cover, felt like the right way to carry him forward.
I’m really grateful for everyone who played on this and helped shape it (Guilherme De Lima, Eduardo De Lima, Daniel Levi). This song was a true collaboration, and I appreciate y'all bringing it to life.
There’s also a new video up on the About page that better reflects where this community is now and what I’m building moving forward.
Also, I’ve been thinking a lot about exploring the idea of doing live looper-based playing/writing sessions. More on that in the video.
As always, appreciate y’all being here and letting me share the process.
