Who is on substack? I'm actually enjoying being able to post in long form... I just wrote an "article" about this exhaustion that so many of us are feeling..... There are mountain-top moments, and there are valley moments, and there are long stretches of ordinary road where the work becomes less about being dazzled and more about being steady. That steadiness is underrated. We talk a lot about breakthroughs, visibility, expansion, quantum leaps, and big energetic upgrades. Fine. Those have their place.
