Tomorrows class is technically lesson ONE: Muladhara & Foundations

There are only SEVEN roots to ALL trauma. Every single problem in your life (financial issues, drug addictions, eating disorders, relationship problems, OCD, anxiety...literally everything ) can be traced back to these SEVEN core traumas that happened to you before the age of nine years old.

These traumas are stored in your chakras as energetic blocks. The anxiety you feel...is an energetic block. The fear that everything will fall apart...an energetic block. These energetic blocks turn out something called a trauma-loop and these loops repeat over and over until you heal the root. The toxic or negative patterns currently happening in your life, right now, are not random happenings, they are unfoldings or repetitions of the original trauma stored in the chakra.

I get so many comments saying “I don’t remember” or “I don’t want to look at my past.” Look, I understand, i didn't want to either. But just because you don’t remember doesn’t mean it isn’t still affecting your life.

A block is a pattern that keeps negatively impacting you — your relationships, your money, your happiness.

Tomorrow we work the block of the root chakra which is responsible for the basic needs, stability and foundation of your life.

If you’re okay with those same negative patterns repeating over and over, then you don’t need to do this work.

But if you know there’s something better for you — more money, deeper love, real happiness — and you can feel those little glimpse of the life you’re meant to be living… then rip the bandaid off
