You have an amazing opportunity here. Breathwork is huge, especially if you work with athletes....that's a gap that needs filling. I want to search for people who do what you do, and follow them for inspiration. As many as you can find. There's a guy who's videos i really like on tik tok, @yoganda. He might not be your jam but I really like the style of his videos. Follow as many people as you can. Notice their content, what it looks like etc etc. You are going to do the same thing but in YOUR own unique way. Tim style. Start posting. Your style will evolve in time but you must start for the evolution to begin.
