Implementation and embodying this practice of being still is somewhat challenging and healing. I have been implementing some of what I’m learning and today I celebrate the ease of my morning before work and making an energizing and nutritious meal for work. I’m beginning to have gratitude to learn how to heal and be okay with not rushing or doing something. It’s a huge win to be able to have the energy to cook since also receiving a diagnosis and today is phenomenal! Cheers to healing from within
