Another Reset Keeps me in flow
As I wrote out my stream of consciousness this morning I noticed that I didn’t feel like I had to do anything to keep anchoring in the flow. I realized stillness doesn’t mean I’m stuck in one place for too long but that stillness helps me to stay present. 🎁
It’s a gift to myself to reset and it keeps me in a beautiful rhythm and flow.
