Day 5

We were taught a lot and I learned so much...but now the work begins. I really heard some things that were not comfortable, but true. These were break through moments for me! The fear in some areas, the lack of confidence in other areas...the how can I do this...but what the possibilities can be if I get out of my head and out of my own way. Oh yes, she dropped a lot of nuggets. And today what captivated me most and really hit home was when Dr. Sonja said, "there's a gap of where I am right now, and where I'm called to be. Thank you Dr Sonja. You have quite a history and legacy that you are blessing us with to help us on our journey!
