Day 2 homework
I embrace fierce over fried, self-nurturing over self-neglect, and collaboration over competition. I actively look for ways to collaborate and help now, both myself and others.
I trust myself fully - that I will know how to react, respond, and show up without needing to rely on old striving and pleasing tactics.
I let go of the bs - the excuses, the comparison, and the distraction, and focus fully on being present and giving my best.
