My WHY Statement
I do this because I've seen addiction up close, and I know it's a nightmare that doesn't discriminate — it can bring someone to their knees even when they have every resource money can buy. What breaks my heart most is the silence: the people suffering without anyone noticing, the people the medical system has quietly failed or given up on. I started this because I refuse to let people be written off — including by themselves. So many people struggling with addiction have been abandoned by systems that were supposed to help them, and worse, they've often abandoned hope in themselves. I do this work for them. Not the easy cases. The ones everyone else stopped fighting for. Because darkness doesn't get the last word — not on my watch.
My One-Sentence WHY
I exist to fight for the people addiction almost broke — especially the ones everyone else, including themselves, gave up on.
