Welcome new member btw, here's proof that I'm making money on repairs. I make jewelry when I'm not repairing it and I also buy and sell it. I can definitely make more buying and selling, but repairing it builds relationships with customers and provides a different sense of fulfillment and a service to others. I love making jewelry, fixing it, restoring it, and reselling it. I offer cleaning when I know it can look better and that pays off in the long run too. This is also a great way to be a more legitimate business and move towards even getting business loans which I'm still working my way to myself for the first time.
