This Sovereign Franchise Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is entered into as a private law contract between the following sovereign parties, each operating under their own unalienable, unregistered, and unincorporated private law rights, all rights reserved, without prejudice, UCC 1-308:

LOCAL COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT MEMBERSHIP

The Be The Change – Lifetime Plus Run Government tier is the highest level of participation in Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society. It includes all benefits of Option 2 (Society Member – Lifetime) PLUS full activation as a Local Community Government Member empowered to establish, seat, and administer Local Community Government under the authority of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society. Monthly gift amounts are the same as Option 2; however, the one-time minimum sign-up gift is HALF of the Option 2 sign-up amounts for each corresponding tier.

• Monthly minimum gift payments on sign-up amounts accepted in writing with specific agreed dates

FRANCHISEE acknowledges and affirms that this appointment is sovereign, irrevocable upon execution, and constitutes a jural covenant bond of recognition of Marcel of the family Bessette as supreme competent authority of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society.

• Marcel Blood Line — Bessette Métis, Bessette Saint André Bessette, Middleton Royal Family — Rejects all old governance systems, as competence has now been restored via competent law, via Peace Maker Society Global Competent Law Government/Empire.

• All Intellectual Property, Systems, and Processes are the intellectual property of Marcel of the family Bessette — Sovereign Man under and of God, Emperor of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire, and signatory for all competent law governance globally.

• Marcel has proven himself to be a Competent Sovereign Emperor.

By executing Option 3 of this Agreement, FRANCHISEE hereby appoints and recognizes Marcel of the family Bessette as their Sovereign Leader and Sovereign Emperor of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society, globally and locally. This appointment is made freely, by covenant, with full faith and reliance on Divine Providence.

APPOINTMENT & RECOGNITION OF SOVEREIGN LEADER

3. Duration: This Non-Compete and Referral Agreement is a perpetual covenant, continuing for as long as Mentoree holds Option 3 membership and for a period of five (5) years following any termination of this Agreement, within any territory where the System has been operated by FRANCHISOR or its members.

2. Referral Compensation: Referral Compensation: In recognition of referrals made by Mentoree, FRANCHISOR shall provide referral gifts and compensation to Mentoree in accordance with the Program's current commission and referral gift structure, as communicated in writing by FRANCHISOR from time to time. All referral gifts are subject to the terms and conditions of the Program at the time of referral.

1. Non-Compete Covenant: Non-Compete Covenant: Mentoree agrees not to independently establish, open, or operate Sovereign Private Law Societies on behalf of third parties outside of this Agreement. All interested parties encountered by Mentoree shall be referred directly to the Program through the proper channels established by FRANCHISOR.

By executing Option 3, FRANCHISEE (hereinafter "Mentoree") enters into the following Non-Compete and Referral Agreement as a binding covenant of this membership:

2.3(B) NON-COMPETE & REFERRAL AGREEMENT

Additional programs may be added to the foregoing list at the sole discretion of FRANCHISOR. FRANCHISEE shall be notified of new program offerings via the contact information provided in this Agreement. Participation in any additional program constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that program.

All such programs are governed by the terms of this Agreement and carry the same no-cancellation, no-refund policy.

Hereinafter referred to as: "FRANCHISOR" or "The Empire"

Hereinafter referred to as: "FRANCHISEE" or "Sovereign Founder"

WHEREAS both parties are sovereign nations unto themselves, each with God-given, Creator-given, unalienable rights that pre-exist and supersede all corporate, statutory, or legal code authority; and

WHEREAS the FRANCHISOR has spent 14 years developing, proving, and refining a complete system for founding, operating, and monetizing unregistered, unincorporated Sovereign Private Law Societies; and

WHEREAS the FRANCHISEE desires to learn, apply, and operate said system within their designated territory and sphere of influence, and to build their own Sovereign Empire therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree as follows:

ARTICLE I — GRANT OF FRANCHISE

1.1 Grant of LicenseFRANCHISOR hereby grants to FRANCHISEE a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sovereign Empire system, brand, intellectual property, templates, curriculum, and methodologies as developed and owned by Private Law Trusts / Peace Maker Society (hereinafter the "System"), solely for the purpose of founding and operating one (1) Sovereign Private Law Society within the FRANCHISEE's designated territory.

1.2 TerritoryFRANCHISEE's primary territory shall be: ____________________________________________. FRANCHISEE may operate beyond this territory only with prior written consent from FRANCHISOR. FRANCHISOR retains the right to grant additional franchises in any territory at its sole discretion.

1.3 Nature of LicenseThis Agreement is a private law contract. It does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency. FRANCHISEE is a sovereign founder operating their own private law society, using the FRANCHISOR's proven system under the terms herein.

1.4 CommencementThis Agreement commences on the date of execution by both parties and continues in perpetuity unless terminated in accordance with Article VIII herein.

ARTICLE II — FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Initial Enrollment FeeUpon execution of this Agreement, FRANCHISEE agrees to pay FRANCHISOR an initial enrollment fee of: $__________________ (the "Enrollment Fee"). This fee covers access to the Complete Freedom Training Center, all founding templates, documentation kits, and initial mentorship.

2.2 Ongoing Membership FeeFRANCHISEE agrees to pay FRANCHISOR an ongoing membership and mentorship fee of: $__________________ per ☐ Month ☐ Quarter ☐ Year, payable in advance, for as long as the FRANCHISEE operates any Sovereign Private Law Society using the System.

2.3 Perpetual RoyaltyFRANCHISEE agrees to pay FRANCHISOR a royalty equal to ten percent (10%) of ALL wealth, income, revenue, and value created by FRANCHISEE through or in connection with the use of the System, including but not limited to: memberships, courses, consulting fees, franchise sub-licensing, product sales, service fees, event revenues, and any other income streams. This royalty obligation continues in perpetuity, indefinitely, for as long as FRANCHISEE or their successors operate any sovereign society based on or derived from the System.

2.4 Sub-Franchise RoyaltiesShould FRANCHISEE sub-license or franchise the System to third parties, FRANCHISEE shall pay FRANCHISOR fifty percent (50%) of all sub-franchise fees collected, This replaces to the ongoing 10% royalty on all revenues generated within such sub-franchises for this specific franchise program.

2.5 Payment Method & TimingAll payments shall be made via method agreed upon in writing between the parties. Royalty payments are due within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. FRANCHISEE shall provide FRANCHISOR with monthly accounting statements detailing all revenues subject to royalty.

2.6 Late PaymentPayments more than 15 days overdue shall accrue a fee of 5% per month until paid in full. FRANCHISOR reserves the right to suspend FRANCHISEE's access to all System materials and networks until all outstanding amounts are paid.

ARTICLE III — TRAINING & SUPPORT

3.1 Initial TrainingFRANCHISOR shall provide FRANCHISEE with full access to the Complete Freedom Training Center curriculum, including all modules covering: Contract Law, Sovereignty Foundations, Society Founding Process, Wealth & Finance, Community Building, Security, Elite Operations, and all supporting materials.

3.2 MentorshipFRANCHISOR shall provide ongoing mentorship to FRANCHISEE as part of the membership, including access to mastermind groups, private councils, and direct consultation as availability permits.

3.3 Templates & DocumentationFRANCHISOR shall provide FRANCHISEE with all standard templates including: Society Name Selection, Notice/Due Process/Claim of Right letters, Sovereign Society Paperwork, Certified Mail documentation, Unincorporated Bank Account guidance, All Rights Reserved ID documents, Sovereign Independent Contractor Agreements, and Fee Schedules.

3.4 Network AccessFRANCHISEE shall have access to the Sovereign Empire global network of members, founders, and councils, subject to compliance with the Honor Code and this Agreement.

3.5 UpdatesFRANCHISOR shall provide FRANCHISEE with updates to the System as they are developed, at FRANCHISOR's sole discretion. FRANCHISEE acknowledges that the System continues to evolve.
